Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • You may return any unused and undamaged item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@backpackverse.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
    • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Non-returnable Items:

    • Gift cards.
    • Discounted items (unless they are defective or damaged).
    • Personalized or custom-made items.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

  2. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again.
    • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@backpackverse.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  2. Exchange Process:
    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item according to the return process and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

  1. Order Cancellations:
    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped, and standard return procedures will apply.
